MARTY LYNCH, Education Director, Founder
Marty loves to connect to the “being” behind the human. She is curious about what makes people tick and passionate about helping them reach their goals, tap into their full potential, and transform their lives. Marty believes inspired and happy people create meaningful moments and the biggest impact. Her diverse experience in psychology, coaching and training, advertising and marketing, hospitality, and real estate give her a balance between her business mind and people-centered heart.
Over the years, Marty has held several leadership roles. As the Director of Program Development for a wellness resort, Marty designed workshops, as well as, contracted renowned authors, speakers and thought leaders to create an educational and transformative experience centered around personal and professional growth. She said what she and her team created in this environment was life changing for both the student and the teacher. Beyond the education in the meeting room, the resort provided several supportive experiences that addressed the whole person on the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual levels. Some of these included yoga, acupuncture, wellness coaching, Watsu (water therapy), and her favorite, flying trapeze, which allowed people to get out of their heads and into their bodies in an instant! In this space, Marty believes that is where the “ah ha” moments happen.
As Sales Manager for The Rachel Kendall Real Estate Team, Marty is hands on with coaching, training and recruiting. She understands the value of putting clients first and building a team with the same focus. Marty loves being a part of this dynamic, high-energy, growth minded, and culture driven team.
Marty enjoys checking out the local Triangle hot spots, as well as, exploring new countries and cultures. She believes life is an adventure, and takes full advantage of every opportunity. Marty and her husband, Jeff, have 3 kids, and they enjoy North Carolina beaches, lakes and the mountains.
Marty is an active member of the Raleigh Women’s Council of Realtors and a member of the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce. Her studies include a B.A. in Advertising Science from the University of Texas and M.A. in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica, California.

MAHALA LANDIN, Director of Business Development, Founder
Mahala has been surrounded by education and instruction her whole life, and it has been a natural path in each of her careers. Beginning with theatrical dance as a student, Mahala realized that by sharing her passion with younger students through teaching technique and conditioning, she actually improved her own practice. At a young age, she realized that there was more personal reward and fulfillment for teaching rather than just doing.
After graduating with a degree from North Carolina State University with a B.S. in Accounting focus on Business Management, Mahala entered into a career focused on helping small business owners with the multiple and dynamically changing tasks of business operations and management. Now as a Real Estate Agent and owner of The Rachel Kendall Team, Mahala is able to develop agents to achieve their fullest potential in sales by delivering innovative and practical training and coaching.
Seeing how being an instructor and trainer in different modalities like Pilates, real estate sales, hospitality, customer service could also foster like-minded community, an idea developed to bring Real Estate Professionals a place to receive education, collaboration, and professional opportunity beyond just passing a test. Mahala is excited to be joining her AIM Partners by providing the real estate community with a fresh approach to real estate education in North Carolina.
Living in the Triangle is full of opportunity and excitement. Mahala enjoys keeping a pulse on new developments, events, and attractions that come to our area. She loves to explore everything local with her two daughters and continues to look for opportunities to give back through education and service. She is an active member of the Board of the Raleigh Women’s Council of Realtors, a RRAR Leadership Academy graduate, and a member of the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce.

AMBER JOHNSON, Instructor - Continued Education
Amber strives to make a difference every day for her students, clients, peers, and our Real Estate industry, as a whole. When she first sat in her pre-licensing class in 2015, she discovered that her experiences leading up to that moment aligned with her passion, and she knew she was exactly where she needed to be to make an impact. Amber realized that she had a knack reframing questions and answers, and by using her educator skills, she created a better experience for her students. After seeing many Real Estate agents abandon their career, she felt more driven to help students and agents learn the process, develop their businesses, and help them be more prepared to build their long-term career. Guiding and educating her clients and students has always been a rewarding feeling for Amber. Their milestones and wins became her wins.
Along with her husband, Darrin, and son Liam, Amber lives in Northeast Raleigh on a lake where they love to kayak, and Liam loves to catch frogs and fish off the dock. Amber is originally from Colorado and still cheers for the Denver Broncos, but North Carolina has stolen her heart and is her forever home. They love to fire up the BBQ smoker and have people over to share a good meal as often as they can. In addition to being a North Carolina Real estate instructor, Amber is also a producing agent for a boutique firm here in Raleigh, serves on the board of the Women's Council of Realtors, serves on the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee, the professional development committee, and is a graduate of the Triangle Realtors Leadership Academy – Class of 2018. Amber is a State Political Coordinator for NC Realtors. In her spare time, she is an artist at heart and loves to paint and work on the pottery wheel.

SCOTT WITTIG, Instructor - Continued Education
Scott has served in many roles throughout his career to include processing, originating, and leading. He prides himself on the fact that over 50% of his business each year comes from previous clients whose trust he has earned and who are kind enough to go back to him again and again. The other 50% comes from his realtor partners who, as he likes to say, are more like friends who just happen to do real estate.
Scott’s class, “Mortgage Knowledge is Power” is approved by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission. This four-hour class is designed to educate Realtors on the mortgage process, different loan types, the roles of various parties involved, and to dispel myths that exist about mortgages in general.
Married with two children, two dogs and a cat, Scott lives in Apex. As a family, they founded a non-profit called “The Red Balloon Project” to help the worries of seriously-ill children float away for a day. Scott is the author of three inspirational books, Holy It!, The Second Day and Mess to Message and he is working on his fourth book which is due in 2022. He also enjoys playing soccer in the Apex adult league.
The mortgage business has been Scott’s passion for over 25 years because it encapsulates all that he loves – interaction with people, the ability to serve and educate, the development of trust in a relationship, real estate, and finance. He considers it an honor to work with people on such a crucial aspect of their financial lives.
Experience. Genuine Concern. Humor. Teaching or lending, Scott utilizes these three qualities to provide as fun and educational of an experience as possible. His experience and desire to educate will help his students and Clients to understand the process fully, and to have as simple and enjoyable a process as possible. Scott’s genuine concern for all he interacts with shows up in all that he does. His sense of humor may not be stage-worthy, but it goes a long way toward making a mortgage class or loan process a fun one.
