Post-Licensing.
Got your license, now what? AIM is your answer to ongoing licensing and education. You have 18 months to complete all 90 hours of post-licensing to keep your license active. Post-licensing is also required to go from a provisional broker to full broker status.
Updates and Electives.
Keep your license active and your real estate career moving forward while enjoying our engaging instructors as they walk you through the ins and outs of real world real estate. Every licensee is required to complete 8 hours each license year which consists of an update course and an elective.
